How to use the calculator.

Add your basic performance data
Enter a recent race day performance into the calculator and set your runner level.

Generate your training paces
The calculator will output the training zones you’ll use in your TRA training sessions.

Check out your equivalent race performances
The table will show you how your performance translates across other distances. The other column shows you what time you could achieve with 8 weeks of training with TRA.

Update your paces regularly
Your zones will be updated within the app if you’re a user, but if not this tool will always be free for the community so come back here to update your zones.
