We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the start date, no questions asked.
Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical problems with accessing or using the training plan (e.g., platform errors, app malfunctions, unexpected down time) that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund for that month's subscription fees.
Accidental Purchase
If you accidentally purchase a subscription, notify us within 7 days of the transaction to qualify for a full refund.
To request a refund:

If it has been less than 30 days since the start of your subscription, you will be able to claim a refund simply by clicking the button labelled "Refund Subscription".

Violation of Terms and Agreements
If we find that you are, or have been, in violation of the terms and agreements.
Policy Abuse
Abuse of the refund policy, e.g. repeated refund requests across multiple subscriptions.
Discretionary
In order to account for situation that we have not planned for, we reserve the right to refuse any refund at our discretion.
